ILR visa eligibility

Hello
I’m a tricky situation

I first came to UK in October 2012
Since then I have been under the same employer with Tier 2 visa.
I’m now eligible for ILR visa
However this job runs out in July 2018.
I have found a new job in July 2018

What is the best way forward ?

What date was your first tier 2 visa issued?

Was it Tier 2 General?
Char (CR001 not Casa)
