BRP not arriving

BRP not arriving

Hi i applied Flrm by post and got approval letter on 13th of April dated 11th April from Home office along with supporting documents by royal mail. But still my BRP has't arrive. My recruitment agency has refused to give me work until my Card arrive, because my visa has expired on 14th of April. Does any one else experienced such delay.?

It takes 7 to 10 working days.
