EEA Family Member Divorce Notification

Post by khannafridi1 » Thu Apr 19, 2018 10:24 am

Hello,
I have a question to ask about informing home office of my divorce. I am from Pakistan and my wife was from Portugal. I received my Permanent Residence card in 2016. We were married for 7 years. last year in June we got divorced from each other. My question is that as a Family member of EEA National, Should I be notifying home office of my divorce. As far as I know, After 3 years of marriage I was no longer dependent.

Thanks in Advance.

Hi

Sorry this is not the answer to your query but you may able to help me.

I'm looking for divorce and really need some help in filling the form to file the divorce myself. I basically cannot afford solicitor.

Can you/someone please advice.

Many thanks

@ Osmo - this forum is not a divorce advice forum. It is also inappropriate to tag this question onto another members topic. You should contact Citizens Advice if you need help with the divorce paperwork. You don't need a solicitor. The forms are self explanatory.
