Letter from the bank

Post by jafersadeq » Thu Apr 19, 2018 12:51 pm

Dear Gurus,

Reference to the paragraph:
"a business bank statement from a UK account which shows business transactions, or a letter from the UK bank in question, on its headed paper, confirming that the company or partnership has a bank account, that the applicant is a signatory of that account, and that the company or partnership uses that account for the purposes of their business."

What do they mean "in question" ?

Thanks

Dear Gurus,

I read the guidance and I did not find a time limit for the letter, that means it is not mandatory to be within one month before application date. I got it before and I will submit it after 45 days of its issue date.

Is that correct?

Thanks

If you can get a most recent statement, please do.

You are right - for the purpose of showing that the business has a UK bank account, there is no time limit for either the bank statement or bank letter

Did your bank address it to the Home Office, or write To Whom It May Concern?

Thank you.
By the way, are you sending accounts again?
