UK Spouse Visa Query - Small baby

Good morning
My query is regarding spouse visa. My wife and and one year old daughter is British. I am holding indian passport and currently working in Dubai for After delivery wife stay in uk for 3 months because her mother come on visit after that I called her in Dubai and they stay with me around 9 months. Now the maternity leave finish. She need to join back but there is no one to take care of baby, she is there in London but extend her leave as unpaid. Now it's seems very difficult to leave the small child and go for work as there is no one to take care of her.
Can we file spouse visa case on baby base and how much chance to get the spouse visa. I am really confused about it and feeling depressed.
