Employment Termination without prior notice

Post by RAMACHANDRA » Sat Apr 21, 2018 1:17 am

Dear All,

I am writing to clarify & seeking help about the situation I currently am facing in UK.

BACKGROUND:-
Myself Ram & Mechanical Engineer having 10yrs of Exp in Mfg/Quality/Supply chain etc,
While I was working in India, in the month of Nov 2017, COS Sponsor called & discussed that he is having many clients looking for Manufacturing Quality requirements & ready to sponsor UK COS for long time.

They have collected & reviewed my CV then confirmed that skill sets & experience levels are matching with their clients requirements.

After few days, Sponsor shared me COS/Offer letters & confirmed that he will pay all the Visa &Travel, Accommodation charges (After submitting receipts in UK) for both myself & dependent so forcefully I have signed the doc’s, resigned my job on the same day & started Visa process.

I have spent lots of money (3lacs Indian Rs & 1650 UK pounds) and came to UK. After coming to UK (19Feb2018), I have faced lots of issues like

 Not paid any Business Expenses like Visa, Travel etc charges
 Sponsor had giving instructions to search my job myself with the help of UK Jobsites & update the status to him.
 I have struggled hard to get the job & finally found job myself, cleared interview but due to COS/UK Immigration rules HR informed me that they can’t hire me through current COS.
 Initial accommodation not provided & unfair treatment
 Not ready to respond to any of my emails OR calls.
 Pressurizing me to attend conference calls after office timings (Around 8PM)
 CoS assigned & offered me but there is no genuine vacancy or role which meets my requirements.
 Spnsor is forcing me often & often to change my CV based on market requirements.
 Threatened me to get job the earliest otherwise they will terminate employment.
 Overbearing supervision or other misuse of power or position.
 1st 10 days salary not given & not shared next month salary slip.
 Intentionally blocking company email access & Payroll application.
 Without any prior discussion OR feedback finally Terminated my Employment.

Kindly go through all the above concerns & advice me at the earliest.

If I go back to India then need to face below critical situations
 I need to search job at least for couple of months.
 No other financial support so need to face financial issues along with my family (Parents, Wife & 2 kids).
 House & family relocation issues
 Kids School & Tuition fees issues......and many
Kindly go through all my concerns & suggestions like how can I Legally fight with the sponsors?
Also please let me know, anybody is interested in giving COS at the earliest?

Thanks
Ram

Can you post what it has cost you in £££. We are not all from India to understand the currency.

Did they charge you a fee for the Cos?

Did they always make it clear that you would have to find your own contracts?

Is one term of your "employment" that they take a percentage of your salary as a "fee"?

Did you apply for jobs or did they contact you out of nowhere on their own?
