FLRM extension Cash Savings Requirement Changed

Hi,
I have been told by an immigration consultant that it is likely that from August 2018 the income requirement will increase to £19,600 and therefore the minimum Cash Savings requirement will also increase from £62,500 to around £66,000. Has anyone heard about this on this forum? We were thinking of applying using our cash savings of £64k but it seems that we might not be able to now as we will be going for an extension in October 2018.

Ask politely to the same consultant again the official source of his information.
