Need some advice. I will be getting married in August to my fiance. We have arranged an interview with the register for our intent to marry interview.
Me, I was born in the UK but after 1983, my parents are Ghanian who dont live in this country. I have been told to obtain my parents passports to prove my status. though I have told the register I am happy to be classified as a non EEA. My naturalisation application failed as not having enough information to meet the 10 year living in the UK since birth rule.
My fiance is British with a passport.
What can I expect at the interview? Will our notification be delayed or even refused?
