FLR(M) extension

Post by SUZMA » Wed Jul 29, 2015 10:58 pm

Hi;
I came as a student in the UK in 2008 and i finished my master degree in 2010. Then i switched my visa to post study worker(PSW) in April 2011 to april 2013. after that i swiched my visa as dependent on my husband in april 2013 to october 2015.

My husband got a permanent residency in the UK in 2013 under the 10 years category of indefinite leave to remain(ILR) also my two childres are UK nationality.

I would like to apply for my second renewal visa as a dependent on my husband, which application form do i need to fill??

Thanks

Thank you for the reply.

I go through the application form (FLR M), according to my categoty the government expecting to pay for NHS prescription charges £500 for two and a half years.

At the moment i am a pragnent, expecting to deliver my baby on may 2016. my question is , do i need to pay for delivery(Baby) charges separately for government or £ 500 is including for every thing.

Thanks

After paying the NHS surcharges, you should be exempt from other charges.

Indefinite leave to remain

Post by SUZMA » Tue May 10, 2016 4:56 pm

Hi;
I am a dependent on my husband. I finished my first two and a half years dependent visa and now I am in the another 2 and a 1/2 year indefinite leave to remain visa. Which is going to expire in 2018 April. My question is does my husband need to show the required salary balance to the bank account?

Thanks
Suzma

You will have to meet all the same requirements again (financial, English, etc) for ILR in 2018.

By the way, you don't currently have an indefinite leave to remain visa...it's still 'limited leave'. You only qualify for Indefinite leave after completing the full 5 year period.
(By the way, a fair few of us are females, including CR001) :wink:
(Casa, not CR001)
Please don't send me PMs asking for immigration advice on posts that are on the open forum. If I haven't responded there, it's because I don't have the answer. I'm a moderator, not a legal professional.
