Hello. Can any body help me. This is my wife first visa extension application in the UK.
After entry clearance as a spouse/cp-spouse/cp of husband for 2 years 9 months.
On the FLR ( M ) 4/2018 page 12. Which box should be tick?

First one seems more relevant and appropriate:

First period of leave to remain (following an initial period of entry clearance as a partner of a
settled person, or person who is in the UK with refugee leave or humanitarian protection, or
as a child of a person who has limited leave as the partner of settled person, or following an
initial period of entry clearance as a fiancé(e) or proposed civil partner of a settled person - 6
months).

Thank you for your reply.
I was thinking the same. But what confuse me my wife's friend tick number 3
and got her visa no problem.
And I spoke to 2 of my wife's friend husbands and they both said number 3.
So I just trying to make sure.
