Am I eligible to apply for ILR?

Hello,

Currently I am living in UK on Tier 2 ICT visa. My first Tier 2 ICT visa stamped on 30/03/2010.
I had my visa expired on 26/04/2013. And, I came back to UK on August 2014 and living in UK since then.

By August 2019, I complete 5 continous years.

My question is,

Am I eligible to apply for ILR in August 2019 as I am going to complete the 5 contineous years and my first visa stamped before 06/04/2010 ?

not sure! But if u would have completed 5 years with ur first ict Visa I say yes. But if you come back for 1 year and it is a gap (as you knwo the rules changed in apr 2010 ICT VISAs post that date, are not counted for ILRs)

No you are not eligible for ILR as your absence is more than 180 days and breaks continuity of residence.
