ILR for PBS Dependent

Dear Forum Friends,

I have got ILR last year in July 2017 on long residency and my wife is still on Tier 1 dependent visa expire in Jan 2019 because she entered in uk in Jan 2012 on PBS dependent.
She didn't switch to FLR(M) yet.

She has completed her 5 years living with me as my dependent a year ago.
We have 2 kids here, got their passports.

Could I request you to let me know number one

do i have to show my earnings for her next visa or can I apply ILR for her?

Can I apply her ILR on old rule before Juy 2012?

can she travel with me outside the country on Tier1 dependent visa?



any help will be great for me, if you can share list of document need to be submitted and what is the best time and visa for her to apply? that will great too.

She cannot apply for ILR as a PBS Dependent because you applied for ILR based long residence. She must switch to FLR(M) and yes you have to meet the financial requirement.

No. FLR(M) will reset her clock for ILR based on 5 years residence to zero.

can she travel with me outside the country on Tier1 dependent visa?

Risky. She should switch to FLR(M) before traveling.
