Spouse Visa - IHS

Dear Members,

I am new to this forum and its my first post/query!
I would really appreciate if i could any expert guidance please.

I am from India however i got my British passport three years ago through 5 year route.
Do i need to pay for the IHS reference number(for SPOUSE VISA) if i happen to marry a girl from India.
Please advice.

Yes, IHS is payable for a spouse visa.
Char (CR001 not Casa)
