Minor -PBS Dependant Visa

Hi ,

I am on Tier2 ICT Long term visa ,living in UK since 2015 . My child (minor ) is in home country since december 2017 .I wanted to take him back to UK .Please let me know if any rule or documents I need to prepare with to take back him in UK .also please let me know maximum in how much period I can take him back without any hassle of documents .If I exceeded the limit(duration of absence in uk ) of my child ,what would be next procedure to take him back

Where is the other parent and what is their immigration status in the UK?

Rest of the family is in UK .Only need to get minor in UK . Child was in UK till Nov 2017 and on PBS Dependant visa valid till end of 2019

If child has valid visa you simply come back.

do u mean to say any time he can come back without any restriction on his absence in UK ,i heard there is some rule change for depenadant absence,applicable from Jan 2018 .

There are restrictions of 180 days absence for PBS dependents whose visas were issued AFTER 11th January 2018.

does it require that either of parent should accompany him while travel . can he travel back with my visitors ( my parents) to UK .if yes any supporting documents needed to carry while my minor travel with visitors
