UK Visit Visa refusal today

Hi there,
I am quiet confused, I just been refused a visit UK Visa on the group of not showing ties to my home country.
please see attached.
I just want to add that:
- I have lived in the UK since January 2014, and i have exited and reentered the UK several times while being a student. Got my bachelor there and started my sister. However due to medical reasons I have stopped my master and my tier 4 has been curtailed so i left the UK to reapply for a visit visa and go back in to visit my british fiancee.
- I should have included my previous passport as it has the majority of my stamps in and out of the country (UK) with my first ever student visa before my resident permit was issued.
- I also have a USA visa for 10 years tourist B..
- I Also submitted a return ticket flight from UK to morocco on the date of end of my visit.
- I didn't include any birth certificate or documents showing same address as my parents but now i have one ready (birth certificate + resident certificat in morocco )
- Also my dad has offered me a job in his company for few months until i resume my master on September. Should i include a certificate about the job ?

When did you leave the UK after your student visa was curtailed??

What date was the end date of the curtailment of your visa??

Visa curtailed 60 days after 27 February 2018 . I arrived in the UK this Thursday and made submitted my application on Friday. I literally got back from UK to apply for a visit visa to visit my fiancee for a while.
