ICT TIER 2 UK to Ireland Employment Visa

Hi All ,

I have been in UK from Jan 2014 and my 5 years long term ICT Visa will end by December this year . Since there is a mandatory cooling period I started exploring Europe as an option for switching my Job . Couple of months back I got a offer from Ireland and they processed critical skills permit for 2 years . So I am trying to submit a employment visa from UK and below are my queries from the application

Will you be able to go to your current country after this employment :- I answered No since may require a sponsor again to enter UK . ( Correct me if i am wrong )

Attach work experience of your previous employer :- Since I am under ICT and if I give experience letter from my current employer will embassy notify them about this new employment visa process ?

Planning to submit resignation only after visa approval since this process looks very complex and minimum waiting time is more than 6 -8 weeks . In general I need to know if someone applied employment visa to any other country from UK while working under ICT visa and whether it was successful .
