Travel Related Query - Urgent!!!!

Hi,

I am on Tier 2 ICT and need to travel to India. My return date is 12th June however my visa is valid till 22nd June 2018 only. I want to apply my visa after returning to UK for my stay beyond 22nd June.

Since my visa will be valid only for 10 days on my return date. Is there any law which will restrict me to enter to UK considering my visa will be valid for 10 days only.

Any help would be appreciated.

You are free to enter the UK as long as your visa is valid.

Probably worth booking your appointment in advance if you're planning to go for premier application.

You can book a premium service appointment up to 45 days in advance.
My advice is based on personal research/experience, so pls check relevant UKVI sources.
