Urgent - Sponsoring Visitor visa

Hello

Could you please advise what option need to be selected in Visitor online form, I am filling out online form for my parents to sponsor them.

At the moment I have ILR.

I am bit confuse either should be 2nd or 3rd option, I am in UK for last 10 years

Section : Family who live in the UK

Question is : What permission do they have to be in the UK?


1- They have a temporary visa

2 - They are in the UK permanently

3 - They do not have a visa and are not in the UK permanently

4 - I cannot contact my relative
