Spouse visa renewal questions-pls help if possible

Hi, I am a UK citizen living with my non UK husband who has a spouse visa expiring in July, we had a son in December who I am now in the process of applying for a British passport for now. We need to apply for the extension.I work full time in a permanent job for a salary of £32k & my husband also works full time in his current job since Feb 2017 for £15500 a year. We lived toghether for the past 2 years and a half in 2 different private rent flats as we moved to our current flat in May 2017 & recently renewed the lease.
1. I wanted to check the check if form flr-m the correct form?
2.Is the fee £1033? Or has this changed?
3. The tenancy agreements are all on my name, will this be a problem?
4. We have a number of bills covering all the last two years with our joint names, for British gas & for affinity water. Will this be enough as we dont have a third source?

Correct form yes.

2.Is the fee £1033? Or has this changed?

Correct fee for postal applications. You also have to pay £500 Immigration Health Surcharge before submitting your application. If you want to apply in person, it is an additional £610.

3. The tenancy agreements are all on my name, will this be a problem?

No.

4. We have a number of bills covering all the last two years with our joint names, for British gas & for affinity water. Will this be enough as we dont have a third source?

Yes. Page 64 of the form lists examples of what HO expect to see.
