Tier 2 Visa Refusal - Reapplication

Hi,

My Tier 2 general visa has been refused on the grounds of missing "Job Advert Reference No" on my COS even though I have attached the copy of the advertisement from the Universal Job Match portal.

There are 14 calendar days before I can either go for Admin review or a Fresh application.
I decided to go for a fresh application via Premium Service with the limited time in mind, however the home office haven't returned my Passport.

This is my main issue now and struggling to understand
How can I get my passport sent to the premium center or to me within my appointment date ?

Your suggestions in this regards is really appreciated.

Not sure if you understand that you must apply WITHIN 14 days for Admin review or a new application. Not wait 14 days before you can as that is what it implies the way you have posted.

Have you already got an appointment for premium service and if yes, what date is it (more than 14 days or less than 14 days from refusal)?

Unlikely you will get a decision on the day though.

Also useful if you stated a bit about your immigration history.

Yes you are correct,my mistake in the initial post. I meant WITHIN 14 days for Admin Review or new application.

I haven't booked the premium appointment yet, I will be booking it tomorrow.
I think I will only get an appointment after the 14 days have elapsed.

However I believe its the date on which the application was made online that is accounted for and not the day of the walk in appointment, could you confirm if this is true ?

Without having passport in hand or having it sent to the premium service center it will have an impact on the same day decision as they don't have all the documents needed to come to a decision, which is why I want to know how to get hold of this.

I am switching from Tier 1 General to Tier 2 General.
