This is a short report of my wife's ILR approval at Croydon PEO on SET (LR) basis.
She spent 10 years as a student dependent, including 5 years Tier 1 (General) main applicant and her last visa was FLR(FP) 10 years partner route.
I had two main worries for her ILR application, as she spent 5 years on tier 1 general visa and her first income was self employed , I thought Home office might ask to fill a questionaire but they not done that.
Other one was, I was also claiming all benefits which I was eligible including housing benfit with the family and couple elements and I got some advice from a solicitor and I was advised that it could affect her ILR but I had informed local council with all documents about my wife visa condition but home office did not bother about this as well.
I only submitted all passports and covering 10 years and life in the UK test and english language letters from Naric. It was not a requirement but I also submitted my own and 2 kids UK passports as well.
Everything went smooth and decision was made within 2 hours. I also get good support from this forum and many thanks to this forum members and moderators including CR001 , many thanks
