Dependent ILR Application

Hi all,

I hope everyone is enjoying the sun today,
My wife is eligible to apply for ILR, she arrived here 29 Aug 2013 with a spouse visa and I am the husband nateuralized british citizen, now we cannot afford the ILR at the moment however her biometric is expiring in January 2019, can we apply for ILR before 29 Aug? Or before January 2019?

can we apply for ILR before 29 Aug? Or before January 2019?
Either, but she must apply for ILR or a visa extension before her current visa expires.
