Post by Praveen1512 » Fri May 11, 2018 10:18 am

Hi

Just need some help from you guys, thanks in advance for all your replies.

My partner is main applicant for tier 2 general visa. And I am dependant. Recently we received curtailment letter stating the employer of main applicant sponsor ship has been rejected and we need to get a new sponsor. Luckily and hardworking my partner got new job and they are willing to give sponsorship.

--> When we received we are planning to go for premium service and dependant through post. When we use online application do we have to go through extension or new tier 2 general application just small confusion on this.
-->is this curtailment letter effect us from working.
-->recently my partner employer has taken over by new company and also received tupe. But the curtailment letter received is from the company sold. We are just confused do we have to go for new sponsor or wait untill we got a letter from the new employer. Just confused as we only got 55 days left.

Could u plzz give some advice.

Can you please refrain from tagging one line questions in other members topics. If you read the link I have posted, you will see the curtailment letter was sent quite quickly.

I received it in less than 3 weeks time, my employer notified ukvi on 4 April and curtailment decision was taken on 18 April. In my case, it was very quick. I hear it usually takes more time to serve curtailments.
