Hiya.
Just looking for some advice.
So...
Im polsih my partner is pakistani. We re living together in uk 6 years together 3 having lively daughter. But we also have a problem with his documents. For now he doesnt have any visa so cant work cant help me pay bill house etc etc even that he badly wants to.
Every single case (3 already) putted to home office was refused first not long together second as well and third some old reason when we disnt even live together yet.
So he doesnt have passport as well is hold by homme office, cant make a new one couse doesnt have pakistani is card (enterd uk as underage) and need mum or dad to go with him to embassy (impossible to make it they are back home).
We want to get married but every single side seems like we cant.... couse he doesnt have any documents exept driving license...? How we can sort that out?
Or if not here we would like to go to polnd but here is problem as well couse lack of documents is making that hard , would be goid for him to have at least passport?
To who we can turn to for help? How sort out our situation? Is anyone here who can answer any of my question? I know my post is bit chaotic but is so lots to say about that hard write everything.
Regards

Given the fact your partners passport has been kept by home office, he cannot go to any other country and will need to leave the UK and reapply from Pakistan. He has been here illegally, can't meet the financial requirement and has had 3 applications refused, I would seek legal advice from a solicitor / immigration advisor but am pretty sure he will have to go back to Pakistan and reapply from there, having met all the necessary criteria. Personally I would say the chances of a visa getting granted are slim but then again I ain't sure of the full circumstances.

What is his immigration status and background?
You said he is underage and you have a 3 year old child, what is his age and what is your age?

You definitely need to use this legal representation as your case is very complex.

19 is not 'underage' in UK law. Who told you this?? A person is considered an adult when they turn 18 years of age.

How long have you lived and worked in the UK for?
