MN1 online application under Section 3(1)

Post by mikey81 » Tue May 15, 2018 12:18 pm

Hello,
I was wondering if the online application process can be used for MN1 Section 3(1) application - child born abroad to parents who are applying for British citizenship.

Did anyone have any luck with applying online under that section?
If I'll have to go via paper application and NDRS I understand I cannot do JCAP, right?
Thanks,
Mike

Thank you for your input.

Yes, we all have EEA PR since 2016.

I wonder if anyone on this forum has any experience with similar application?

You can apply online for MN1. Combining with JNAP will depend on the council. You have to call council to find out.
