Set(O) ILR

Post by Winshee » Tue May 15, 2018 3:11 pm

Hello

I will be thankful if someone could help me on the following question:

I will be eligible for a SET O (2+3 years) in June 2018. My wife has a tier 2 dependent valid until February 2019 however she will be eligible for SET O in December 2018. My question is whether my wife has to make another application for her stay after my SET O approval or can she continue to stay on her current leave until December 2018 and apply for SET O?

Thank you very much in advance!

Dear CR001

Thank you very much for your swift reply. Much appreciated! So does this mean that her dependent visa is valid until the expiry stated on it?

Many thanks
