Which visa category should my spouse apply for?

Hi Everyone,
I am in tier 1 entrepreneur visa (extended) right now. I am planning to apply for ILR after 5 years in entrepreneur visa. I have my wife In a dependednt visa with me. She is in UK for 4 years together with me. Therefore she won’t be qualified for the indefinite. So, my question is when I am applying for my ILR, which visa category should she applied for? Does anyone have the same case like me? Would be great if anyone can advice me on this case. Thanks in advance.

Thanks for your valuable advice. But I am still unsure about it. If I get my indefinite, then does she has to apply for new dependent visa based on my visa status. Any idea would be appreciated. Thanks.

She applies for a Tier 1 dependent extension for 3 years, the rules permit this if you apply and get ILR based on PBS route.

If she switches to ILR Dependent (no such named visa by the way, it is a spouse visa), then her clock for ILR will reset to zero.
