inquirer tier 2 general visa

Hello! I have been working on tier 2 general 5-year visa in the UK and now I want to change the company I have been working in for 3 years. I know that I have to switch my visa, does my wife and daughter who are on dependent visa also have to switch their visa. can you tell me the website that I have to use to switch the visa as now I have a different sponsor.
I and my family current visa is valid till 2020
