FLR ( hrO ) refused - what next?

Post by Blabla2 » Thu May 17, 2018 10:41 pm

Hi everyone,
I need help on the following issue as not sure what to do.
I applied for FLR ( HRO ) and it was refused.

I have the right of appeal but only if I leave the country.
On the letter it states, if I have a legitimate reason to remain I need to make an application to stay but I am not sure how to interpret that as it’s quite broad and doesn’t specify how or what?

I believe the circumstances have not been taken in consideration as there is breach of human rights but I am not sure If I can reapply with the new evidence or simply present a letter with the facts etc?

On the letter it states, I should let them know immediate or loose right of appeal, and I am quite desperate as I am getting different advices but most suggesting to leave it.

Thank you in advance for your replies.

Thank you.
I was on a student visa before I applied for FLR ( HRO)
The application was made on basis my grandmother is British citizen not by birth.
She is very old and on her own and has no one else here and I applied on the basis of private family life.

Let me know if you need more info

Sorry to hear that. Any update on your case? Did you appeal?
