Good morning,

Can anybody please help me with a different number to contact the HO In Liverpool. This number 01512132411 just keeps ringing with no one picking up the phone. I have to calling for the past 3 weeks to no avail. I would like to make an appointment to submit documents.

Whats times have you been trying to call? If you have been starting in the afternoon, do a head start from the word go 9am and be persistant (back to back calling)....they will eventually answer.

It is absolutely ridiculous, i tried calling this hopeless number for a period of 2 weeks before i managed to get through, and the hopeless telephonist told me they were busy, when i asked why they took 2 weeks to answer a call. It is all part of the hostile environment policy i told her, to which i got not reply, as if she agrees to that.

So i don’t know where to start but I have recently made a fresh claim “further submission” about more than a month ago and I was wondering if anyone knows that how long would the result take?

The best thing you could do is to go and speak to your solicitor they’ll book you in for an appointment in Liverpool a lot easier.
