I have refused your application for a visit visa becaL. I am not satisfied that you meet the requirements of paragraph(s) V4 2 — V4 10 of Appenouf V of the Immigration Rules because: • In assessing your application I am mindful of the fact that you were granted UK visit visa previously. However you are required to demonstrate that you meet the requirements of the Immigration Rules on each occasion that you apply. On this occasion you have not demonstrated this.
• The starting point for the assessment of any visa application is the information contained in the visa application form and supporting documents. On your visa application form you haw stated that you are single with no income of your own and that you are supported by spouse/partner/other. You mention later in your application form that you are fully dependent on your father. You have submitted insufficient evidence of your father's employment or the income he derives from it. The documents that you have submitted do not fully evidence your own personal, social or financial circumstances in India. In the absence of such evidence you have not satisfied me that your circumstances are as stated • You have enclosed two INR 50 affidavits with your application. However I am aware that these types of documents are easily, cheaply and readily available in India and are of little evidential value unless supported by proper documentary evidence of your employment a income. Because of these things I am not satisfied that you plan to leave the UK at the of your visit or that you are genuinely seeking entry as a visitor for a period not exceeding 6 months.
