In which case she has a visa, not residence permit. Your wife will have to extend her visa for a further 2.5 year period before qualifying for ILR.Qwerty123456789 wrote: ↑Mon May 21, 2018 10:31 pmsorry,
yes ,she got her 2 years 9 months resident permit as a spouse of settled person.
In addition to the visa fee, your wife will also have to pay the £500 IHS. This is due to double later this year.
she will have to enroll again her biometrics details at post office and will have to redo same during next extension/ILR stage.Qwerty123456789 wrote: ↑Mon May 21, 2018 11:20 pmdoes she need to submit biometrics again at post office even if she had done it 2 years ago in visa centre outside the UK?
Previously, for spouse visa applications submitted prior to 9th July 2012 the route to ILR was 2 years. Your wife is on a 5 year route to settlement (2.5 x 2.5).Qwerty123456789 wrote: ↑Mon May 21, 2018 11:16 pmhello CASA , you sent me a link to application form where is mentioned 2 and 5 years rout what do they mean by that?
