Tier 2 ICT extesnion from UK

I have applied for ICT Tier 2 extesnion from UK on 24-4-2018.I wanted to know How will I be informed that Home Office send my Passport and BRP Back.Will I get a SM or email stating that so that I can be available at Home on that Day.
I just also wanted to Know which Courier is used by Home Office to send the Passport and BRP Back.

HO uses DX Couriers to deliver the BRP card.

You won't be notified it is on the way.

I've applied for extension earlier this month and I've got an email with tracking number so I was able to see when it's going to arrive, also there was an option for 6.79 GBP for rescheduling and choose a time slot if U're not at home.
