You can also read this in section 3.1

https://assets.publishing.service.gov.u ... -FM2.1.pdf

No harm to provide evidences as many as possible, I guess you are not going to just submit a phone bill only to prove co-habit and shared financial responsibility?

ILR

Post by DavidTom » Wed May 23, 2018 10:50 am

Hi - We are planning ahead for completing SET(m) for my wife's ILR and seek advice.

My wife's Residence Permit (granted for FLR(m) was issued on 15/06/16 and is valid until 07/01/19.

We intend to apply at the Glasgow Premium Centre for ILR - when is the earliest and latest we can apply.

Many thanks
Varaporn

If she entered the UK on 3rd December 2013, then she can apply anytime within 28 days before 3rd December 2018.

Remember you need cohabitation evidence over 2 years. They don't have to be joint statements.

That would be 7/1/19 - before the current visa expires

Hi - As already notified my wife came here on Spouse Visa on 03/12/13 and was granted FLR(m) on 15/06/16.

We intend to apply for SET(m) around 25/11/18.

Am I correct in saying we have to provide items of correspondence to show that we are living together - from 15/06/16 to 25/11/18

Many thanks

It does not matter. You possibly just need one dated every two or even three months. So, of a two year period, any 10-12 documents should be good enough.

Thank you marcnath. My above documents total 10. I think I have confused you by giving the dates the documents cover - eg Bank Statement 15/08/16 to 13/09/16 is one document.
