Hey Guys
I have been filling that form for my spouse. I wanted to know what should go in the permanent residential address of spouse? Will it be my Uk address or my home address back in India? In UK i live in a rented place.

Just to confirm once more. I have ILR and am applying for my spouse who is in India. The exact question wording is following. This is in spouse section (which is me in this case)

"Please enter details of their permanent residential address and contact details. You must enter at least one contact phone number"

Thanks for your reply. As it is asking permanent address and the house here in UK is rented one. I Dont own any house in UK yet. Hence I got confused whether it should be my Indian address or where I live in UK.

If I write UK address in my permanent address do I need to own the property?

It is your permanent address in the UK where you live. It doesn't say 'property your own' or 'property you rent'.

There is NO requirement to own a property for a spouse visa.
