ILR after discretionary leave

Post by EdenSol » Wed May 23, 2018 2:13 pm

HI, ILR was due in January 2018 after completion of 6 years with discretionary leave. due to an oversight expiry date could not be observed. now when i have overstayed for 4 months, should i apply for ILR by arguing oversight or should make an application for a further period of discretionary leave and when that comes to expiry, should then apply for ILR.

What do you mean by this? Did you forget to check or lost your BRP card or.......???

If you have no valid leave, you cannot apply for ILR. You will have to start again.
