Tier 1 Entrepreneur dependent child visa

Post by nani9 » Thu May 24, 2018 11:22 am

Good Morning

My current visa status is tier 1 entrepreneur extension visa

I've a question in relation to child dependent visa from outside UK and child born in UK

My daughter born in UK on 05/02/2018, birth certificate and Indian passport applied in UK only. Due to some urgency My child and wife went to India last week. I didn't have enough time to apply for child visa in UK.

I'm planning to apply my child visa from india, please let me know where can I find the guidance and online application form links to apply.

I'm unsure what documents need to submit for visa.

1) Accountant letter
2) Baby birth certificates to prove baby born in UK
3) 90 days maintenance statement (not sure either £630 or £1575).I've maintained only £630.
4) Marriage certificate
5) current appointment report
6) Incorporation certificate
7) Tenancy and utility bill
8) TB certificate (needed for baby or not)
9) Passport and visa copies of parents
10) Police clearance certificate

zimba88 or any seniors please help on the above.

Thank you very much in advance

What are you selecting in the beginning as the 3 drop down options for visa category and sub category etc?

The child is the main applicant.

Thank you for your help CR001 and Marcnath

But problem still not resolved.

tried both links

If you are applying on behalf of someone else please select Apply For Someone Else
1) Reason for visit (Visit, study, work, settlement, transit, other, exempt)- Selected Settlement
2) Visa Type (Settlement)
3) Visa Sub type (Child or other dependent of settled person)

I can’t find any relevant option from drop down list from reason for visit. I’m not settled my visa status is tier1 entrepreneur not sure which option suit mine.

Please check and let me know

Thanks

1) Reason for visit (Visit, study, work, settlement, transit, other, exempt)- Selected Settlement
2) Visa Type (Settlement)
3) Visa Sub type (Child or other dependent of settled person)
No, you are choosing the wrong categories.

1. Choose 'WORK'

2. You must choose Tier 1

3. Tier 1 child up to 3 years

Settlement option is ONLY applicable if you hold ILR and your spouse has a spouse settlement visa.

Thank you CR001

I can't find the exact options you mentioned in your email

But I found the below:

Reason for visit: Work

Visa type: Tier1 entrepreneur visa

Visa Sub type: Tier1 entrepreneur visa Child

Please let me know those above options are correct or wrong

In addition to this what's the required maintenance for visa is it £630 or £1575

Thanks

Is that basically exactly what I said??

Your options chosen now are correct.

Note : we don't have access to the online forms/system.

Maintenance is £630.
