Hi All,
Am applying for a passport and clear on most of the info from the application pack, however, not sure on the documents to attach. Please could you confim what all docs need to be sent apart from the below
1. Application
2. 2 Photos out of which one counter sined
3. Any un-cancelled own country passports
4. Naturalization Certificate
My other question is that From the below notes, which document is more appropriate for evidence of address?
Can I consider driving licences as equivalent to National identity card ?
My passport doesn't have my current address so it can only act as a photo identity and not evidence of address.
Letter sent to you from a central, regional or local government department - I believe naturalization invitation letter can be submitted?
All applicants must provide one of the following documents as evidence of name and address dated within
the last year, and one document showing photo identity (if a passport is not being submitted):
National identity card or equivalent (or colour photocopy)
Visa or residence permit (or colour photocopy)
Tax record eg a letter from a tax authority
Educational record eg school report
Employment record eg official letter from your employer
Letter sent to you from a central, regional or local government department
