Visit visa refused - Outstanding NHS Charges

Hi,

I had applied for my father;s visitor visa declaring that he had visited surgery and the hospital for a surgery. NHS at time of his registration in 2013 or after his treatment sent me no letter for treatment.

Before applying for his visa I wrote to NHS digital and NHS england and I recieved no reply from any of them.

I declared his visit to NHS clearly but now his visa has been refused suggesting there is more than £2000 of NHS debt. I would have paid from insurance at that time but now i don't know that even after paying will they allow his visa.

Please can someone advise?

Hi,
in the VISA rejection letter, did he mention the next step ? Did they give chance to pay and then reapply ?
