Hello guys need help with a tricky situation

My partner came to uk .n.ireland with our daughter she has went on to overstay as our daughter got settled in nursery and now primary school and I didn't want to split us up although my partner came in by a uk visa me and my daughter have Irish passports and uk passports what are my options if there are any on getting my partner and visa or any type of permission to be here legally
