Query for Family visiting visa

I would like to know does anyone faced this issue before. I applied for family visiting visa last month. When i called UK visa and immigration, they told me decision has been made and your passport is on its way. Its been more than a week, still i did not get any email or notification from my TLS contact.

Hi,

I might be with courier already, please track on blue dart with GWF number. When we received a message from British Deputy High Commission, Chennai that they took the decision and sending docs back, we thought that it will arrive in 2 days.

But blue dart took 5 days to deliver it.

Thanks for your reply, but i did not receive any information nor passport. I am residing in Germany. I am unable to track it through blue dart also.

Hi, you can call UKVI helpline again. You should get an email when they took the dceision and when they try to send the documents back

Thanks for your reply. I called them several times. They told me decision is already made. Its been more than 10 days after they took the decision. I am unable to track my passport. Neither i received any email from them. They told me they will look into this but I dont know what to do now?

Hope you are tracking bludart with the long GWF number, not the passport number. Did you paid the courier fee at VFS already ? if not your documents will be sitting in VFS office for you to collect in person.

Blue Dart is likely not used globally for visas to the UK, especially as OP applied for TLS and not VFS!

I wrote to TLS contact and they told me that my passport is in UK visas and immigration for decision making. When I called UK visas and immigration, they told me decision is made and your passport is on its way. They informed me on 09.05.2018. Its been more than 10 days, neither i received my passport not any details. I paid money for courier service also. When I called them, they told me they will look into it but no response as of now.

Although its been 30 working days and 15 working days of decision make, didn't get passport. Any help on how to proceed further will be useful
