ICT Dependent question

Hi,

I have a kind of similar situation and need help on the same.
I had been in ICT Tier2 Long Term Visa from Sept 2017 to May 2018 and I have returned back to India and started my cooling off period as well.
Currently my wife is in UK servicing her own ICT Tier2 Long Term; Can I apply for ICT dependent now and come to UK or do I need serve a cooling off period before I can return to UK?

You could have switched to ICT Dependent within the UK. There was no need to leave.
