Fiancé Visa

Post by Blueberry » Fri Jun 01, 2018 9:53 pm

Hello! I hope you are well!

I have a question in regards to the fiancé Visa and if I would be able to apply for this...

I am currently on a tourist ( 6 months Visa ) and am aware that will not be about to return in the same year on this type of visa, but does that rule still apply to a fiancé visa? As I am hoping to return home then book a flight back to the U.K. as soon as I am granted the fiancé Visa.

I would really appreciate it someone can answer this for me.

Thank you so much!

Fiancee and visitor visa despite have the same length (6 months) but they both are dissimilar. Under fiancee visa you are allowed to switch into spouse visa from within the UK while visitor visa doesn't allow that. However, due to cost reason its always wise to apply straight spouse visa from abroad instead fiancee visa then spouse visa unless someone can afford the cost easily.
