Spouse visa variation application

Hi
I got great help from this forum before. Need one more time.
I am applying for ILR 10 year route this month. I want to apply for my wife spouse application within uk for same day application. Visa expiring 12 June. I was looking for same day application but appointment is not available.
Is it possible if i submit FLRO for time buying like 10 days and then vary application for same day premium service. Pls advise.

Use FLR(FP), then vary to FLR(M) after your ILR?

Maintenace for Wife's FLR M

Hi
Need your advice guys. I got ILR and applied for british passport for my two kids born in UK which is in process.
now I have same day appointment for my wife spouse visa. Please advice for the maintenance. Do I need to show maintenance for my two children also or only for wife 18600.

Only £18,600pa. It is annual salary and NOT maintenance funds.
