Mortgage with 5 year visa.

I have 5 year permit.. Valid march 2020...
Is this OK to get mortgage..
I have also UK driving license too..
Plz make me aware. Very worried.. Soon will be going for mortgage... Need your confirmation. Thank you.

You are unlikely to find a mortgage company who will provide you with a mortgage without permanent residency (PR).
(Casa, not CR001)

So how do I get a mortgage then.. Does that mean my stay is not good enough... My wife is French.

I done some research, the requirement varies from lender to lender. About 6 months back I got reply on this forum, mortgage got nothing to do with immigration. Either you meet the finance cretira or you don't..

My house survey will be soon, about three weeks time mortgage... But now this visa issue, can any body help me on this.. Is there any alternative...

Mortgage questions are not relevant to the forum. You either qualify with a lender or you don't. Suggest speak to them.
