Hi All
Any one applied for SET(DV) in the last 12 months time ? what sort of timelines are we looking at? and what are the success rate for SET(DV) application. Can anyone please provide an update.

We get very few Set(DV) queries on the forum so don't need a timeline.

How long it takes depends on your circumstances and the evidence of DV you provided with your application and whether you are likely to be successful or not.

There have been 2 members posting about refusals in recent months.

You will need to search the forum.

Kindly also advise about the discrepancy in applying for Set(DV) but last stating you already had ILR??
