Dear Experts,
I've a very unique situation- I've 2 years old son born in London,UK and he was granted Tier 2 PBS Dependent visa when he was at 03 months old. Later on, he moved to India and my parents taking care of him. An year ago, I've switched my Tier 2 general visa employer and a new Tier 2 PBS dependent visa has been granted to my spouse. But still my son holding a Tier 2 PBS visa issued when I was working with previous employer. I came to know that such visa are curtailed and should re-apply new PBS dependent visa. Now the plan is - we are applying Visitor Visa for my mother-in-law, if she was granted, planning to apply new PBS dependent visa for my son, in line of my leaving.
There is a clause in the visitor visa application - Do you have any family in UK, please enter those details. and also asking "Will you visit or stay with this person whilst in the UK?" Yes/NO. My mother-in-law in a confuse state - Should she enter her grand son's details? If we choose NO for "Will you visit or stay with this person whilst in the UK?" what should we justify ? Currently my wife is a homemaker and any concerns raised by the visa clearance officer, saying that "Being your wife a homemaker why you left your son with your parents" ? I believe this is more into personal-situation. Does they really care about it? Please advice.
I've another thought - In my cover letter, I would like to state that, my son is living with my parents at present and planning to get him back to UK after 3 months.
What's your thought?
Thanks
