Absence from UK in 1 year.... wife on 2.5 years FLR O visa

I just have a small question.
Im on ILR and my wife is on 2.5 years visa her FLRO was granted last year.

Question 1 : how many days can my wife stay out of the UK so that her next visa extension wont be effected..?

Question 2: as ill be applying for my British Citizenship next year in january so how many days can i stay out of UK so that it wont effect my BC.

On FLR(O), I am not sure.

My comment re applying for Citizenship was based on your Question 2 you posted in your first post.
