For your daughter to get ILR, both parents need to have ILR.Sahara15 wrote: ↑Wed Jun 06, 2018 5:57 pmI have already acquired ILR status while the rest family members just qualified to apply last month as they had joined me latter when I first came to the UK.
The issue giving me headache is that I recently came to be aware that my daughter who is currently doing GCSE exams will require ILR if she is to be permitted to go to College in Sept minus being deemed as an international student, which is obviously too expensive in terms of fees. She is currently on a dependant Visa, just as other members of the family and the Visa comes to an end next year.
My questions are as follows;
-Can I apply for her alone on a fast track-premium now while am still trying to organise funds for the rest family members to apply for them latter?
-How much is it for premium for someone under 16 and how long can it take for the Visa to come thr on premium?
-Can I apply on-line, if its only by paper application, which form do i use?
-Will she be required to go for Biometrics, considering her age?
Your guidance will be greatly appreciated over this matter.
Kind regards.
Very important to state all the facts when seeking advice from volunteers on a forum. Had you stated the above, the answer would have been different,My family members also qualified to apply for ILR based on ten years last month. All is fine for them, no criminal record history nor bankruptcy but its a bit little tricky money-wise to apply at one go for all the 4 other family members.

If she has 10 years legal residence and meets the requirements for ILR based on 10 years long residence including the absence limits, then yes she could apply for ILR 10 year LR.
UK born daughter can be registered as British under Section 1(3) of the nationality act, which is an entitlement to register (if not already done).
Yes, on form Set(LR).-Can I apply for her alone on a fast track-premium now while am still trying to organise funds for the rest family members to apply for them latter?
£2,999 for premium service. Usually decision on the day and BRP card takes 7-10 days.-How much is it for premium for someone under 16 and how long can it take for the Visa to come thr on premium?
Online to book appointment but a paper form for ILR - form SET(LR). I believe she can also use Set(F).-Can I apply on-line, if its only by paper application, which form do i use?
Yes, there is no exemption or special treatment for her. Biometrics are done as part of the process on the day of her appointment.-Will she be required to go for Biometrics, considering her age?
Even without ILR, she is not liable to pay any fees for government school Sixth Form. Not sure who told you this or where you heard this.So can she still go to college in Sept minus being considered as an international student?
