I am planning to teach English outside the UK for 3 moths, would this affect my ILR status?
What is the legal time limit allowed by UK home office for work abroad before it becomes a problem?

I knew one is allowed to leave the country for 2 years but also work away from UK in that time?

You are not bound to remain or work in the UK.
